Gastro kup srbija 2023
Gastro Cup Serbia 2023 was held for the seventh consecutive year with remarkable success!
This year’s competition took place from December 1st to 2nd at the Novi Sad Fair, as part of the International Tourism Fair. The capacity for competitors was nearly full, and the number of judges, sponsors, and visitors was impressive.
Competitors were distributed across 5 competition booths, with one competitor in each, except in the team competition category where teams had two chefs and one assistant. Each category lasted for one hour, after which competitors left the booths to make way for the next group.
Awards were given to the winners of each category after each competition day, while the second, final day was reserved for the formal award ceremony with trophies. The judges evaluated competitors based on a scoring system that covered the quality of the dish, its presentation, and the condition in which the kitchen was left for the next competitor.
The winners of Gastro Cup Serbia 2023 are:
- Best Junior Chef – Luka Rudnički
- Best Senior Chef – Aleksandar Biševac
